Great place. Would happily return! The new outdoor kitchen was an unexpected surprise that we uses often. The paddle boards and snorkel equipment worked great and we loved being able to get out for our daily paddle around the bay. The ocean views from the crowsnest are a great backdrop for morning coffee. We wish we had more time to stay here longer.

This was my first time on the island and a perfect experience. Tim and caretakers Joe and Angela were very responsive. The house and location was ideal for my family. You can easily walk to the resort next door for food and even take the water taxi to the hotel which backs into the property. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. I used the kitchen to cook some basic meals and used the outdoor porch to eat and also play some table tennis! Harbor island is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks! Dream vacation. Tim communicates well and quickly. And you will love your little home away from home! Very comfortable, quiet and surrounded by beautiful plants. Great location on the island….Romora Bay! Best HH on the island! The kitchen made it possible to have breakfast in the house and make lunch to take to the beach. Wonderful and can’t wait to get back. !

Tim's place was fantastic. The house is located in my favorite area to stay in Harbour Island since it is a little quieter but still very close drive to main part of town. It is a 5 minute walk down the road to my favorite part of the beach and right next to Romora Bay for drinks and sunset. The house itself has great outdoor living spaces and is very comfortable inside- well appointed kitchen and loved the high ceilings throughout. The bedroom was very large and comfy and appreciated all the drawers and closet space to unpack. There is also an office which allowed for very easy remote working all week (unfortunately!). Tim was a perfect host- very responsive, communicative and extremely accommodating. Will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back. Thanks Tim!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a perfect location and had anything you could need including beach chairs, games, etc. Tim was a great communicator and answered any questions we had immediately.

This place is a absolute gem on the island. You are surrounded by tropical forest and there is no noise pollution at all. The crows nest is great for breakfasts, sun-downers, yoga or simply just reading a book!

Great adventure at the 3 Little birds property. When we arrived at the house it was everything we could have hoped for. This was the great hide away for super relaxation. It was really cozy and comfortable. Everything you need for that get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Tim was the ultimate host very friendly and helpful. JASON was AWESOME he saved me from the coconut branch 😂 lol I will definitely be returning SOON!!! !

Such a great spot on Harbour Island! The property is secluded, has all the amenities you would need. Outdoor shower. Everything you need to host and cook. Amazing covered patio with ping pong table and grill! just down the road from the beach. coming back!

A complete pleasure to deal with this very accommodating host and his friendly team. The property is really well laid out, spacious, with a fun tropical feeling and great supplies and amenities. Plus, it’s only a block or so from the stunning pink beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the yard to see all of the plants & trees. The house is a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The caretaker, Joe, and the cleaning lady, Angie, were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again.

Dan's place is of great value, in a lovely location, and has all the necessary implements for a great stay in the Bahamas. This is close to the bay and beach and is perfect for a couple or small family

Dan's beautiful home met and exceeded my expectations. It was located in the most private, special location close to the Romora Bay dock, their hotel and restaurant. It was convenient and you can simply make your way around the island using a golf cart. The house was spacious and met my basic holiday needs. Dan, I cannot thank you enough. Your communication was clear, helpful and most importantly, prompt! I have recommended you to many persons and will most certainly be back again. :) xo

Great location! The house is close to Romora Bay, great to walk over for cocktails or dinner with sunset views. It is also close to the beach (1 minute golf cart ride or 5 minute walk). Large master bedroom with office and nice bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was fun to come home at the end of the day to play ping pong on the porch, or backgammon at the dining table.

This place was perfect for our first trip to the Bahamas. The home's kitchen was well stocked for Moms daily prep of family meals. The outdoor spaces are amazing. The gear and extra beach items they have available offered a unending varitey of new advantures. Snorkeling, boogie boards...The golf cart was ez transportation over the island and held two kayaks on top so we could launch from Girls Bank for our paddle excursion to Mann Island one day . Thanks for a great first experience in the Bahamas. It ws my teenage boys first trip to the Carribean and they wound stop asking when we can go back!

Perfect central location between Beach and Romara Marina. Evening visits to the Sunsets waterfront restaurant nearby with the great happy hour and the best sunsets to watch. Walking out on the dock to see what the daily fishermen were bringin in was exciting.

Pirate's Den was a great place for me to celebrate a birthday weekend. Dan was great, and Caretaker Joe was always available to help me get situated. Also, the crowsnest is a wonderful touch. Oh, I loved the pink golf cart

Our stay at the Lucky Cannon was a blast! Both bedrooms were very comfortable for 2 people each. The bathroom in the blue bedroom was especially nice. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio watching a couple short storms pass through, and the rooftop patio offered beautiful views when the weather cleared up. The A/C and laundry worked great, and we had enough dishes in the kitchen to bake a birthday cake one night. We hope to make it back here one day!

Harbour Island, what a place what a treat. I love everything about this little tucked away home. Everyone we encountered was a super friendly, and pleasant. Angela the house keeper bundle of Joy, and Joe was very helpful and quick to respond. It was all we needed and even had some paddles boards and water toys for use. Which we didn’t get to because of the short stay. Dan has a very pleasant, beautiful property that I would stay at over and over again. Thank you for hosting us.

Dan’s place is very close to the beach, it has a spacious feel to it and a lot of character. There is a really attractive large porch and lovely garden. We would book here again.

Dan is an unbelievable host that wants to make your entire trip a success. The house worked perfectly and we had access to everything we needed. The proximity to everything was central and quiet at night.

Dan’s place was great! We’ve been coming to the island for years and this was a great place for us. The rooftop deck was awesome, plenty of A/C and the office was an added bonus. We did not cook- but we had everything we needed if we had wanted to. Really an amazing place for the price.

Pirates Den is an ideal location being a short walk to the heavenly pink sand beach and a stones throw from Romora Bay where we made it a ritual to enjoy their happy hours and sunsets. We cooked in a bunch, it was easy with the well-equipped kitchen. We loved the crows nest. Great place to have a drink or cigar and look at the stars. Wifi was actually reliable, and office made it a good place to work (a bit) remote from. The cleaning lady Angela was so sweet and came by to tidy up every few days. Everything about our trip to Briland was magical and Pirates Den was an incredible value allowing us to splurge a little bit on dinners and souvenirs!

The Three Little birds was great. We had some minor issues which were immediately addressed by Dan, Joe, and Angela. Dan was great on giving us local recommendations and keeping us updated on the local rules involved with the pandemic. The house is tucked away in the back of Romora Bay, so it is very peaceful. The beach access is a little bit further than we were expecting, but all doable.

The care taker was super nice and responded very quickly to the two minor questions\issues we had . the housekeeper was super sweet and very nice and did a great job. 4 out of 5 stars and i would rent it again. it’s a great value for the price!! the location was great for us!

This place was the perfect location for a quiet and restful vacation on Harbour Island. Access to beaches and restaurants was easy walking distance and the quiet neighborhood was just far enough removed from the rest of the island to feel like our own private getaway without being too far to enjoy everything. Nestled among manicured foliage and fruit trees, this cottage was a perfect launching point for all our daily outings. The rustic pink golf cart was our surprise ticket to freedom and adventure. Thanks for a great first experience on Harbour Island. We will be back!
